How Can vomiting And Tiredness In A Child Be Treated?

My 3 year old grandson hasnt felt well since yesterday. very subdued, says he is tired. vomited once yesterday and once today, not much. has had a fever of about 100.7. he is pale and i have noticed that his cheeks are very red. one side has broken out. have now noticed he has a rash on his chest and abdomen. It is also in groin area. anywhere he seems to be very warm.

Hello. He needs anti-inflammatory and anti emetic drugs. it could be viral fever with rash, information provided here is not sufficient to conclude. tiredness post vomiting due to dehydration is very common. Try giving him rehydrating fluids like ORS.
